  hi mdelta11. the onions should be soft but not mushy. try sauteing them less at the beginning. that should hep. enjoy!

  Great dish. Only issue is that when the dish is done my onions are very mushy. Can anyone tell me what to do to get more texture from the onions?

  I made this dish over the weekend for my friends, and they loved it. Its so simple to do I can see making this allot in the future.
