Rum Punch
In Anguilla, it's not a true day at the beach without a Rum Punch (or 2, or 3,...). how2heroes founder Lynne Viera did some intense "research" with her friends to develop the perfect recipe. While being in Anguilla is partly what attributes to the Rum Punch experience, 3 kinds of juice, 2 cups of rum, a hit of fresh nutmeg and of course -- a festive umbrella -- definitely helps transport you to the Caribbean.
