When you look at this bread, you might think, "Wow, that looks difficult." But Suzanne does an amazing job of showing you how easy it actually is. The hardest part is waiting - the smell of the bread baking is so wonderful. As soon as it came out of the oven, we polished off the whole loaf.
The life of a baker is not an easy one. You get up long before the rest of the world, when the sun is still sleeping and the streets are still. You have to LOVE it. And Suzanne does. She is not a trained baker but grew up with a family who loved to bake. You can taste the love in Suzanne's breads and scones and see it in her eyes when you watch her Challah video.

I LOVED your no-fail video on Challah Bread! When I made it my family said it was the "Star" of the dinner. It came out perfect. I used all the ingredients you mentioned in your video and my family cannot stop their praises. You are terrific. I am a fan...you are great! (Mar 3, 2010 3:49:26 PM)
