Everyone I make them for absolutely loved them. I have only one problem and I hope Lynne or anyone who has an answer can help. I make a whole bunch of these at Christmas time. They come out of the oven nice and crisp. I store them in plastic containers to keep them fresh of course. And after only a few hours they completely soften up into almost a soft baked chewy cookie. Any suggestions on how to prevent this?
