Makes 24-30 Cookies
- 2 cups unsalted pecans
- 1 cup unsalted almonds
- 1½ cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- ¼ + 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 cups dried cherries (dried blueberries or dried cranberries also work well)
- 2 cups golden raisins
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- non-stick cooking spray or parchment paper
