Posted Friday, June 4, 2010, at 2:11 pm by Lynne:i made these over memorial day weekend. i used honey instead of maple syrup because that's what i had in the house and they came out great. they do get pretty dark as the sugars carmelize but don't let that alarm you or think that the chicken is burnt. it'll taste delicious and so moist inside.
