Listen to Brenton's grilling tips to prevent your fish from falling apart when flipping or removing from the grill.
Brenton Blanchard grew up in Saline, Michigan, and displayed a love for cooking at an early age. In fact, his mother still displays a framed copy of 7-year old Brenton's "Stone Soup" recipe on wide-ruled notebook paper in her kitchen (recipe containing a stone, of course). Brenton went on to attend Johnson & Wales University for a degree in Culinary Arts & Foodservice Management. He has cooked in various kitchens in Providence, RI, Cape Cod, Islamorada, Florida and Ann Arbor, Michigan. He moved to front of the house operations, working for Hilton and Mandarin Oriental Hotels in Boston, and currently holds the position of Portfolio Manager for Moet-Hennessy through Martignetti Companies. Brenton resides in South Boston and is an avid Michigan football fan.
