Sides Apple, Date & Blue Cheese Salad

Apple, Date & Blue Cheese Salad

If your typical side dish is a second burger, try making this salad instead. It mixes crunchy apples and creamy blue cheese. And here’s the sweet part - under-utilized and under-appreciated dates. You’ll want to add them to everything after you dig into this salad. Add a Tailgate Burger piled high with epic condiments and grab a cold beer. Sweet!
