<p>Max Thompson grew up in Minneapolis and by way of Colorado, New York and Europe found his way to Boston and is currently Chef de Cuisine at <a href="http://www.tavolopizza.com/">Tavolo</a> ristorante in Dorchester. With a degree in geological sciences in his pocket, which is where it remains, he found his true calling in the kitchen, which he loves, and where he hopes to remain for many years to come, taking time out for his other interests, movies and walks in the park.</p> <p> </p>
