Suzi Maitland of Parlor Sports has given us an alternative to predictable party poultry with her sweet & spicy chicken wings. Sure, Buffalo wings are good — but aren't you a little tired of them? The sauce that Suzi cooks down starts with hot peppers & garlic and is finished with simple syrup & a little love. The sauce is blended until smooth and doused over crispy-fried wings. The end result is a spicy wing with enough sweetness to cool you down and prepare you for another!

In college, Suzi Maitland realized that her true love was throwing parties and cooking for large groups of people. She moved to Boston in 2003 from Tallahassee, FL to pursue a culinary career, and attended the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts.
