- 1½ lbs boneless chicken breast, cut into pieces

- ¼ cup white onions, chopped
- ¼ cup pimento-stuffed olives, halved
- ¼ cup prunes, chopped
- 2 tbsp capers, drained
- ¾ cup chicken broth
- 1 box of instant couscous, cooked per package directions (optional)
