Bake Cookie Crust

1. Preheat oven to 375º
2. Blend cookie mix, 1 egg and 1 stick of butter (prepare cookies as per package directions)
3. Prepare a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and spread cookie dough to about ¼" thick on baking sheet (use your hands to get dough into the corners)
4. Bake at 375º for 9 minutes

Make Cream Cheese Frosting

1. With a hand mixer, blend cream cheese and sugar until runny and easy to spread on cookie crust

Mix Fruit Topping

1. In a separate bowl, mix about 1 cup each of 3 of your favorite fruits
2. Stir in 2 tbsp of sugar and 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Assemble & Serve

1. Spread the cream cheese mixture over cooked cookie and top with fruit
2. Cut into small squares and serve
