Recipe

Ingredients

Makes 2 Cocktails

  • 3 oz pisco (brandy)
  • 2 oz simple syrup
  • 1½ oz lemon juice
  • 1 egg white (this will be enough if you're going to make 2 drinks at once)
  • several dashes of Angostura bitters
  • ice

Special Equipment

  • cocktail shaker

How-to

  1. Add all ingredients, except the bitters, to a cocktail shaker and give it a "dry shake"
  2. Fill bottom of shaker with ice and shake vigorously until bottom of shaker frosts over
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass and dot with several dashes of Angostura bitters
