Andrew Ledford, long-time bartender at Snake & Jake's Christmas Club Lounge in New Orleans, LA, knows his business. No fooling around here. He puts together his drinks in no time, with no frills, and no nonsense. Just really good drinks, in a dimly lit and very cool bar, with good music and a diverse crowd. Andrew knows his customers and they count on him for really good cocktails and the occasional Schlitz.

Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 oz brandy
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • nutmeg

How-to

  1. Combine all ingredients except for nutmeg in a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Shake vigorously for about 5 seconds
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass
  4. Top off with nutmeg
  5. Enjoy!
