Classic cocktails are back and better than ever. Tom Schlesinger-Guidelli from Craigie on Main serves up a creamy egg, rye and Yellow Chartreuse beverage with a little Benedictine. Strain into a very cool coupe glass and top if off with some freshly grated nutmeg. A great starter cocktail to welcome your guests.
Tom, Bar Manager at Craigie on Main, is a young but tremendously experienced and innovative master of the bar. Not only does he love to create amazing drinks, but he also loves to tinker in the kitchen to make his own bitters, ginger beers and more. He started young, working at his uncle Chris Schlesinger's restaurant, the Back Eddy. He received his most intense training from the talented mixologists at Eastern Standard in Boston where he got quite a few cocktail hours under his belt. Stop by Craigie on Main and taste one of Tom's terrific cocktails. Tell him how2heroes sent you ;-)
