About Tom Schlesinger-Guidelli

Tom, Bar Manager at Craigie on Main,  is a young but tremendously experienced and innovative master of the bar. Not only does he love to create amazing drinks, but he also loves to tinker in the kitchen to make his own bitters, ginger beers and more. He started young, working at his uncle Chris Schlesinger's restaurant, the Back Eddy. He received his most intense training from the talented mixologists at Eastern Standard in Boston where he got quite a few cocktail hours under his belt. Ingredients

Recommended Glass: Coupe Glass

  • 1 oz rye (Rittenhouse 100 Rye Whiskey)
  • 1 oz Yellow Chartreuse
  • 1 oz Benedictine
  • 1 egg

How-to

  1. Hard shake, strain into a coupe glass
  2. To with grated nutmeg
