Pencil-thin asparagus cook up quickly for a delicious, healthy and easy to prepare side dish. Harvard University's Martin Breslin gives them a quick toss with olive oil, rice wine vinegar, salt, pepper and sesame seeds and they're ready to roast. Ten minutes later, caramelized spears of juicy and tender-crisp asparagus are ready to pair with fish or chicken dishes. It's that simple.
