Roasted Asparagus w/ Sesame Seeds

Serves 4


  • 1 bunch pencil asparagus
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds


  1. Preheat oven to 350ยบ
  2. Cut or snap off the fibrous ends of the asparagus (about 1")
  3. Place asparagus in a mixing bowl and toss with all ingredients
  4. Lay out asparagus in one layer on a cookie sheet and pour any remaining liquid from the mixing bowl over the top
  5. Roast asparagus for 10 minutes
