Pico de Gallo
Amanda Escamilla shows a simple Pico de Gallo, also sometimes called "Salsa Fresca." Diced tomatoes are tossed with onions, cilantro, chiles and lime juice. Use Amanda's suggested ingredients to tailor the proportions and taste to your preference. A perfect condiment for fajitas, tacos, or snack on with tortilla chips.
