Maria's Fudge

Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (12 oz) or 2 cups chocolate chips (or flavor of choice)
  • 1 can (14 oz) condensed milk

Special Equipment:

  • parchment/wax paper
  • 5 x 8" heat-proof baking dish

 

How-to

  1. Melt the chocolate chips a over a double boiler, stirring until smooth
  2. Turn off heat, add condensed milk, incorporate all the milk and pour into a pan lined with wax/parchment paper
  3. Chill for 6 hours or overnight
  4. Peel off parchment paper, cut into bite-sized pieces and serve!
