A quick trip to the grill makes ripe pears even juicier. Serve them with a hefty scoop of ice cream and a finishing touch of whipped cream. This may be one of the easiest desserts you'll ever make, with clean-up a breeze.
Ingredients
- fresh pears, halved & seeded (1 pear per serving)
Optional (but highly recommended)
- ice cream
- whipped cream
- fresh mint leaves
How-to
- Place pears on grill, set on medium-low, starting with skin side down
- Close cover and grill for about 3-4 minutes each side
- Serve with ice cream and whipped cream with a garnish of fresh mint leaves
