<p>When how2heroes arrived to film Mark, he was in his backyard, firing up the smoker. He thoroughly enjoys cooking for friends and family and his dishes always come out delicious. When asked what he likes about cooking, his response was, "Because I like to eat!" We couldn't have said it better, Mark!</p>
