Maria Collins uses equal amounts of white whole wheat flour, oat flour and ground nuts to create her fluffy waffles. Using skim milk and eggs, she packs them with healthy protein and dietary fiber to give you great energy to start your day. Topped with maple syrup, nuts and/or fresh fruit is eating well at its best.
