  The bacon doesn't look finished at the end. A lot of bacon wrapped date videos on the web have bacon that looks undercooked at the end. I will steal the honey parika idea, though.

  You really can't go wrong with this amazing appetizer. The sweet dates combined with the salty bacon (I used turkey) and the crunch of the nut it's just heavenly!
