- 18-20 cremini mushrooms
- 8 slices of bacon, finely chopped (reserve bacon fat after cooking)
- 2 tsp butter
- 3 scallions, minced
- ½ red bell pepper, minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste

What's better than mushrooms stuffed with vegetables and baked until golden brown? Mushrooms sutffed with BACON. We are huge fans of bacon.
