Recipe

Ingredients

Cheese "Stem" Mushrooms

  • Hannahbell cheese (flavor of your choice: Classic French, Shallot, Rosemary, Lavender, Mint & Basil and Carrot & Ginger)
  • crimini mushrooms
  • Worcestershire sauce or balsamic vinegar

Cheese "Croutons"

How-to

Cheese "Stem" Mushrooms

  1. Preheat a toaster oven to 350 degrees
  2. Remove stems from crimini mushrooms
  3. Add a dollop of Worcestershire sauce or balsamic vinegar into the cap
  4. Place one Hannahbell in the mushroom to make a "stem"
  5. Cook in toaster oven for about 30 seconds.  Be careful not to melt the cheese.  You just want to warm the mushroom and cheese

Cheese "Croutons"

  1. Roll Hannahbell cheese in chopped nuts
  2. Use as "croutons" in a salad or as an appetizer
