Jason Owens' mission has been to create a menu influenced by Southern classic dishes in an area where they will be appreciated- like Boston. Born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, Jason started cooking in restaurants as a teenager with the ambition of earning money to buy a car. Along with a set of hot wheels, he acquired a passion for food and cooking. Jason now owns The Biltmore Bar and Grille in Newton Upper Falls, MA. His menu focuses on locally-sourced ingredients, and spins playful pub fare with Southern comfort classics.
