The Pallotta sisters use their Classic Marinara in this easy, impressive seafood entrée. Calamari bodies (tubes) are filled with a mixture of eggs, cheese and spices. Carla shows how to fill and fasten the tubes with toothpicks. Meanwhile, Christine demostrates the technique of solidifying the egg mixture before dropping the bodies into the sauce. The stuffed calamari are slowly simmered in the marinara along with some tentacles and rings for textural contrast. Then, the slew of seafood goodness is served atop al dente spaghettini. Pure and delicious!
