<p>Jane Ziegelman is a fascinating person. She originally studied anthropology, then decided she was interested in food culture. One day she decided she would like to teach kids social studies through food. So now she heads up Kids Cook! in Brooklyn Heights, New York. It's a great program where kids can learn how to cook while learning about different cultures. We wish that school had been around when we were kids! </p>
