    It was in Valencia that I learned how delicious platanos fritos were. My family lived there for two years because of my father's job. There's never been any other event as monumental in my life, nor had there been in my mother's life. We loved the culture, the food, the country!

    Even though these are fried, they melt in your mouth. So delicious. Carla makes it look so easy.
