Lori Leinbach's love of cooking led her on a path that has always included food. She started her career as an elementary school teacher, but later attended the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts and decided to make a career change. Lori worked as a personal chef for many years, then In 2006, began offering basic cooking classes out of her home. As word spread, the interest in her classes grew, leading Lori to open Culinary Underground — a home cooking school located in Southborough, MA. Lori continues to teach people how to get into the kitchen to cook delicious, quality dishes.
