For the Chicken Tenders
- 1 lb chicken tenders, tendons removed
- 1 cup orange segments
- 3 tbsp canola oil
- kosher salt too taste
For the Orange & Brown Sugar Sauce
- 1 qt fresh squeezed orange juice
- ½ cup brown sugar
- salt and pepper to taste

tried this recipe last night - super duper easy. Although next time I'll probably use a little less juice, there is a ton of leftover sauce - and maybe substitute the pasta for rice to soak up some sauce. (Jul 21, 2010 9:18:15 AM)
