Beverages Quonochontonic

Quonochontonic

We consider this one of the most refreshing summer cocktails we've had this year. The fresh strained watermelon juice really makes it. Thanks to Sheri for contributing her video she shot in scenic Quonochontaug, a beautiful coastal town in Rhode Island.

Quonochontonic

We consider this one of the most refreshing summer cocktails we've had this year. The fresh strained watermelon juice really makes it. Thanks to Sheri for contributing her video she shot in scenic Quonochontaug, a beautiful coastal town in Rhode Island.

About Sheri Kaufmann

Sheri lives in Boston with two dogs in a home that came with pink kitchen countertops. She makes do, and tries to create amazing food & drinks just to spite these countertops. While a believer in bacon, Sheri is currently enamored with leeks. Beets and sea urchins make her cry. Sheri is an avid cocktail concocter, and has honed these skills using a method called "micro-labbing." You will never find fake lime juice in her drinks or liquid smoke in her entrees. Though she tends to make a mess during the process, we think you will like the results.

Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup of watermelon
  • juice of 1/2 lime
