Who says pink isn’t manly? This ‘dude’s drink’ features gin and fresh lemon juice. Tangy and sweet, just add a few splashes of grenadine, garnish with a fragrant sprig of mint and you're done. Crushed ice gets the job done here, so you may want to invest in an awesome ice crusher!


Ingredients

  • crushed ice
  • 1½ oz gin
  • 1 oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ oz simple syrup
  • ¼ oz grenadine
  • soda water

Garnish

  • fresh mint

Special Equipment

  • highball glass or other tall glass
  • cocktail spoon

How-to

  1. Fill a highball glass with crushed ice
  2. Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and grenadine and stir twice
  3. Top off with soda water. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint
