Ethan Kelley is the most knowledgeable person we have met on the subject of "brown" liquor (scotch, bourbon, etc.). He decided early on that beer and wine wasn't his thing but that brown liquors were. The Brandy Library in Tribeca enables Ethan to travel, do research and bring his expertise to the bar and its patrons.
