Beverages » Cucumber Gin
Gin is a classic and versatile spirit that most home bars stock as a necessary item. But Dave Anastasi kicks it up with the essence and flavor of cucumber. A simple assembly, and 3-5 days of taste testing, will yield a light and crisp gin that'll go well with your favorite cocktails, especially Dave's Cucumber-Mint Gimlet.
Makes 1 liter (about 4 cups) infused gin
