Our favorite "health strategist, real food advocate, raw milk drinker, trained chef, lactofermentation/pickling instructor, software engineer and urban bicyclist," Alex Lewin, makes a spicy coleslaw he named "Cortido Americano." It's a tangy mix of shredded vegetables with a bit of a kick from jalapeños. Alex offers suggestions for optional ingredients too of apple and oregano. Serve with meats and fish, and piled high in sandwiches or wraps. Great tasting and good for you too.
