Cooked inside the bird or as a side dish, this is one surefire stuffing. Toasted pecans and cornbread add crunch and texture, as does the leek-sausage combination. But it's the dried sour cherries that offer a nice sweet/tart component. This recipe will serve 6, so you might want to double it for a phenomenal sandwich the next day.
