Nothing is more inviting than wafting smells of fresh bread baking. Sarah Scoble Commerford makes her crowd-pleasing, drool-inducing homemade dinner rolls, starting with a yeast dough that refrigerates overnight (we promise that these are well worth the time investment!). The rolls are slightly sweet (which is why her boys like them), and are rolled up with golden, caramelized Vidalia onions (which is why she likes them!).

Encouraged to cook by a supportive and understanding mother (who never criticized culinary missteps) Sarah Scoble Commerford grew up with the confidence to keep on cooking. Challenged by her son to cook a meal from each of the world's 193(ish) countries, she's on a mission to prepare 2 meals per week until this goal is accomplished. Follow Sarah's cooking adventures on her blog, What's Cooking in Your World?
