Roberta Tarsia has over 25 years of experience in the food & beverage industry. She holds a degree from University of New Hampshire in Hospitality Management (but wanted a degree in Agriculture). Roberta has worked in kitchens and/or catered for various establishments in Boston, Massachusetts such as The Westin at Copley Place, The Museum of Fine Arts, as well as Brandeis and Tufts Universities. She spent five years managing Cafe Brioche in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Roberta also holds a degree in Education, resulting from her self-proclaimed "mid-life crisis" away from the food & beverage industry, teaching Consumer Science at a High School level. Currently at Smolak Farms in North Andover, Massachusetts, Roberta looks to combine her food experience with her love of agriculture when running Smolak's farm stand along with bringing fresh, homemade treats to visitors everyday.
