Plum Galette <p>Plums are a great stone fruit that hold up well in baked desserts, retaining a nice texture and shape. For this luscious tart, sliced plums are tossed in vanilla, sugar and lemon juice. They are housed in a buttery dough creatively made by <a href="/\">Kelsey Clark</a> with lavender petals. The result is an aromatic and rustic treat to serve warm or at room temperature with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream (or both).</p>
