Brian Roche reveals the secrets to Lolita Cocina & Tequila Bar's refreshing grapefruit granita. This icy Italian treat (similar to sorbet) is served at breakfast with brioche bread in some regions of Italy. Brian uses the traditional preparation method, but sweetens it with mint syrup, serves it over dry ice and adds a splash of tequila. Talk about fanfare! We won't exactly endorse Brian's adult version of this granita for first thing in the morning, but — to each his own.
