Didi Emmons is a Renaissance woman. She's a cooking instructor and cookbook author of several books including <em>Wild Flavors: One Chef's Transformative Year Cooking from Eva's Farm</em>. She is also the Founder & Executive Chef of "<a href="http://tbkhaleyhouse.wordpress.com/">Take Back The Kitchen</a>," a non-profit program that empowers people to take charge of what they eat by teaching students how to cook for themselves and to make healthful choices. She is the author of <em>Vegetarian Planet</em> and has written for many publications including the <em>Boston Globe</em>, <em>Cooking Light</em>, <em>Vegetarian Times</em> and the <em>Boston Herald</em>. And she has an adorable cat named Charlie.</p>
