<p> Not many kids know exactly what they want to do for a living in the second grade. Brian Roche wrote papers stating that when he grew up he either wanted to play Defense with Ray Bourque or be a chef. One of those two dreams came to fruition, and Brian spent years making a name for himself, working his way through reknown Boston restaurants. After cooking at Radius and Olives, he moved to Ken Oringer&#39;s authentic Mexican street food restaurant, La Verdad. Here, he learned the flavors and cooking techniques he now uses as Executive Chef of <a href="http://lolitaboston.com/">Lolita Cocina &amp; Tequila Bar</a>.&nbsp;</p>
