If you're not familiar with lemon curd, it's a luscious sweet-tart cream you can use as a cake or pie filling, or serve alongside freshly baked scones and muffins. The most important rule here - use fresh lemon juice, and "none of that bottled stuff" for the ultimate lemony result.
