Chef and chocolatier Will Poole was influenced at an early age by his grandparents. Their baking skills and the unforgettable aromas of home cooking were an inspiration to him and have carried him to where he is today, as owner of Wen Chocolates in Denver, Colorado. The shop features gorgeous confections made with no added sweeteners, preservatives,or stabilizers. At Wen Chocolates, Will has created a shop run with attention to detail, gorgeous and unique confections, and lots of love.
