Mike Paquette of The Urban Grape makes a tasty celebratory cocktail with herbaceous notes. A splash of Yellow Chartreuse (an herbal liqueur made by Carthusian Monks) and Lillet Blanc (a blend of white Bordeaux wine and citrus liqueur) spruce up any bright & crisp sparkling wine or Champagne. Mike also adds a touch of lemon and lime juices and a dash of orange bitters. A perfect toasting libation at your next cocktail party or holiday gathering.
