Recipe

Ingredients

1 kiwi slice
1 lemon slice
ice cubes
1½ oz gin
¾ oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
2 dashes orange bitters
chilled brut sparkling wine

How-to

Place the kiwi and lemon slice in a cocktail shaker. Using a muddler or anniversary pennant, muddle well
Fill the cocktail shaker halfway full with ice cubes. Add the gin and St-Germain. Shake well
Strain the mix into a flute. Top with sparkling wine. Stir gently
