Sidecar
Bob McCoy of Island Creek Oyster Bar serves up one of the all-time classic cocktails. Originally created to ward off the cold in post World War I Europe, the Sidecar was a favorite among artists and writers. The warmth of brandy, orange flavor of Cointreau and tang of lemon juice are preceded by sweetness with each sip from a sugar-rimmed glass.
