La Belle Concombre (Cocktail & Mocktail)
Josh Childs of Trina's Starlite Lounge gets an assist from Lucy and Emily to demonstrate two similar versions of a refreshing summer beverage. Limes, cucumbers, a slowly infused lavender tea simple syrup and a splash of soda get the girls started. Josh catches up with the addition of white wine and St~Germaine liquour. Both beverages get a serious shake, are poured into rocks glasses and garnished with a colorful cucumber wheel.
