Posted Thursday, February 25, 2010, at 2:10 am by DEBORAH:Love this recipe. It certainly retains the delicate flavor of salmon. I placed a bed of slightly wilted spinach, smashed yukon gold potatoes under the salmon topped with fried tomato and basil skins. Yummy
